| some opinions about Zodiac Tattoos?! |
Question:
I like where on the Internet I can find decent designs
relating to my birthday. Wethr it's a greek, chinese, or celtic
symbol or insigna that would go with me. I wouldn't want to just tattoo a
pair of scales on myself. I'm not getting the tattoo just yet, but I'd like to see what options I have
nonetheles.

- go to Symbols.com, its got the (alchemical?) symbols for
the zodiac. The zodiac you speak of is a monthly zodiac, the chinese zodiac is
yearly if i remember correctly, its by what year you were born.
i could see a tattoo of month and a year, but the styles of symbols would
be different.
Scales are the modern anglo symbol for the zodiac, so if youre in this
culture, why not get this cultures manifestation of the idea? I think the
monthly zodiac is greek (or roman) and it stands for constellations. You could
maybe get the star-group (stars in black, lines of the actual symbol fleshed
out in grey) tattooed on you.
Libra is the scales. maybe deisgn somehting YOU think means balancing/
judging/ weighing.
Sorry the scales arent deep enough for you, but thats what the symbol is.
