| I think I saw a turtle tattoo!!! |
Question:
For those that didn't like the movie, go away, I have no interesting
stuff for you; since
you didn't like the movie you will only say bad things about me anyway,
cause I just
got back from my fifth viewing and I'm still catching stuff that you
have blown off.
I think the movie has gotten better each time I've seen it and I dragged
along a co-worker
this time that had seen it once and had left confused the first time.
Well, she said she
enjoyed it more the second time and some of the things that didn't make
since to her
the first time, became clearer to her too!
(Theory of mine):
It's been pointed out elsewhere that corn is wind pollinated, not bee
pollinated. But I
think they have engineered the corn and the bees both, to be codependent
on one another
and have always placed the corn fields in the middle of deserts so that
the bees will
be unable to be distracted by other pollinating plants. The desert will
also keep other
bees from contaminating their processes.
One thing I thought I saw in my fourth viewing and that I looked for
this time was in the
scene at the first OPR briefing. After Scully comes out of the briefing
and tells Skinner
that they want him back inside and then she tells Mulder all about her
reasons for wanting
to leave the Bureau and Mulder gets called in by Skinner. When Scully
leans down and
grabs Mulder's coat, you can see Gillian's tortoise's tattoo on the
inside of her right ankle!
They must have figured it would out of frame or that we wouldn't notice,
but it's there
I tell you, right above her ankle bone. BTW, I am again impressed that
Gillian can manage
to walk gracefully while wearing 6" or 7" heels, she wore similar shoes
to the Leno taping
and I was amazed that she didn't topple to the ground then as well.
Answer: I'm sure have this tattoo too, it's so cool!
