Tattoo Shop In Toronto

Question:
I'm thinking about getting a tattoo but am hesitant because of diseases that may be transfered through the ink. Am I worried for nothing? Or is this actually possible? Is there a way for tattooists to sterilize the ink? Also, can any of you please recommend some legitimate tattoo parlors in Toronto/North York? Legitimate meaning that they destroy the needle. Can anyone explain it for me?

All of our needles are brand new for every customer and disposed of afterward. Our pigments are all sterilized and dispensed into single serving receptacles.
