- I am surprised that no one has brought up the fact that Paul Booth is now tattooing out of a spot in NYC (on 4th street)... Also.. Chris O' Donnell is now at NY Adorned.. And,well, me being a bit partial , believe that Mike Ledger formerly of NY Adorned and now working on his own is one of the best if not the best artists in NYC.. Then keep in mind Sean Vasquez, Andrea Elston, Nalla, the list goes on and on.. -I got work done by (very satisfied) Steven from Orion Studios in the Bronx. Very good place is Fly Rite Studios in Brooklyn, 500A Metropolitan Ave. 718.599.9443 where Kaz did some addition to the one that was done by Steven. Of the following, I just know off. Dragon Fly Tattoo, 2 locations around W4th Street and 6th. Ave (phone: 411) I heard also about extremely good reports about Studio Enigma and the Artist Anil Gupta, Otherwise, look at the portfolios and check if you like the work... -I don't know if he's the best, but I'm very happy with the work Craig Cooley has done for me.
