Question:
I want another tattoo, and I know exactly
what I want. It's a tiger ripping through the skin, but it's different
than the typical flash version you see it tattoo parlors. The problem
is that I saw it in a tattoo magazine when I was in college, and in my
infinite wisdom I didn't buy a copy of the magazine. It had to be
between October of 1995 and March of 1996. Is there any place I can
find old copies of Skin & Ink or Tattoo magazine from that time
period? I've searched extensively online with no luck, so I think my
best shot is actually finding the magazine...

I don't know where you're located but the New York Public Library, according
to its online catalog CatNYP, has Tattoo magazine for the time period you're
looking, although not Skin & Ink. Many large libraries and some smaller ones
have online catalogs that will permit you to search for their holdings. If
you're in or near a big city you might try there.

This studio is capable of doing this design, just ask them to change the panther to a tiger.
