Question:
I want to go to the Berlino tattoo convention in december.
Several tattoo-artist that I know, and that has been there, have told me
about it very well!!!
I thinked that could be the right opportunity to buy some equipment...
I want to buy another liner and shader machine and maybe some ink and
colours.
Some tattoo-artist have advised me to buy at conventions.
What do you think about?
I'm also looking suggest about machine and colours. Now I'm working with a
Lauro Paolini's tattoo machine (Quikly and Michelangelo).
Answer: If you like your Paolinis then you may want to take a look at a sharps
microdial similar feel and not a bad machine . Personallly I
perfer my brass coastal machines but the irons are not too bad. A lot
of it depends on what you are looking for. I like heavier units.
As far as ink there is a huge variety out there. Many swear by
starbrights or permapro. I personally use Dynamic and have had very good
results from it. My suggestion is talk to the venders and bring a tube
and grip so you can see how the machine is gonna feel with your set up.
Many of them are very exited about their machines and will be willing to
talk to you about them. This is especially true of custom builders.
