find them just about everywhere - in dollar stores even. They have them or
your neck, arm, ankle, finger, etc.
I have to agree, my sixteen year old sister and her friends were them. I
thought they were popular among young girls. We were just dying when we saw
I him wearing one. We thought how stupid does that look. It looks like it
is too tight around his neck too. What an ugly look.

Well, he wear's pink shorts,where's a thong, and sometimes has his hair in
pig tails.
It's all part of his GIMMICK.
