Question:
I plan to go for my 6th tat this summer (to commemmorate
me turning older - ugh)! I'm getting my birth sign,
cancer, done. Any suggestions on good artists for
custom art in the Chicago area, or pix/sites of existing
designs? My other tats were done by ones that are long
gone

- Dale's still there, also try body basics in town on briar ask for the Rev.
Mad Jack. He's good people. Out of city in the south see Prairie tattoo in
chi heights or altered images outside of lynnwood/dyer ...
- On a trip to visit friends in Chicago about a year and a half ago I got my
star sign tattoo (scorpio symbol...1"by4"...left inner ankle) done at The
Chicago Tattoing Co., Inc. in Chicago. My tattoo artist was a spectacular
gentleman by the name of Dale Grande. The shop is located at 922 W.
Belmont Ave, ph # 312-528-6969.
There were 3 of us getting tattoos that day and Dale was wonderful about
getting us worked in. He did some outstanding detail work on a friends
tattoo of a very intricate celtic knot. Another friend got a very
detailed and huge pixie design done on her right shoulder blade and again
Dale did some of the best work I've seen in a very long time.
