| Who thinks tattoos are sexy? |
Question:
I was at the gym last night and noticed a woman with a few tattoos on
her arm and back and while I hadn't really thought much about tattoos
and sex before, I found myself thinking that she's probably good in bed.
She was no super model, but fairly attractive. For me the tattoos didn't
enhance her appearance at all and in fact I don't know that I've ever
seen a tattoo on a woman that made her look better. The typical black
and blue hues are too much like bruises for me to ever find them
appealing on somebody's skin. Other men's tastes may differ.
So for me it's not the tattoo itself, it's more of what it says about
the person who sports one. To me it says "I'm a free spirit, a rebel,
and uninhibited. I don't worry too much about what people think." That's
sexy.
Since I don't really like the way tattoos look on women, I'd think I'd
prefer a small one and on something like a butt cheek or breast. Sort of
says, "I'm a sweet gal, -until the clothes come off".
All in all, I'd rather any woman I was involved with not have them, I'm
a little leery of something relatively permanent that may go out of
fashion again in a decade or so. But I do think they are kind of sexy.
how do you feel about this?
Answer: - I find them a turn-off. On my first date with my now BF we traded 20
questions. My second question was "do you have any tattoos?". If he had
flashed one I would have died. Thank God he doesn't think much of them
either. I really hate them, but then again, I don't usually swim upsteam and
I'm a bit uncomfortable with those who do. It's interesting to see how you
guys find the appearance of rebellion sexy. I'm the opposite.
- I always told myself I would never get a tattoo, and if I ever did, It most
definately would not have a mans name in it..
I lied on both counts.
I have one, and it is small heart on my left breast with my hubbys name in
the center. Concealed from anyones eyes other than my hubbys.
He thinks it is sexy in the location it is in, and agrees that being
somewhere where anyone can see would be a turn off.
I thought about getting a little bitty lawnmower with a stickman pushing it,
where my trimmed PH is..
- There are others who find them attractive just for being there, and not what
they say... or so says the BDSM MU* I play on.... Anywho, yeah, I kinda like
what they say about a person, but unless I -really- see one I just
absolutely have to have... I'm not getting one.
- In the last few years I don't really consider someone having a free spirit
or being a rebel when they get a tattoo. Tattoos are just too normal I
guess. If I am looking for a free spirit, I talk with people andd see what
they think about what's going on in the world or if they just don't care or
take everything the media says for granted.
I don't want to have any tattoos. When I am involved with someone it's their
business. My girlfriend asked me what I think about tattoos about two years
ago, and I told her that I don't like them, one reason being that they are
something too permanent. I still told her that it is her choice. So far, her
choice was not to get one.
