Question:
I am going to get a Phoenix on my back, but I am having trouble finding
any good pictures. Does anyone know where I can find some pics? I have
spent a couple of hours searching the net, but I only found a couple.
Answer:
- I know Mapquest has a great layout of Phoenix.
- All kiddin' aside about Phoenix maps, the City of Phoenix has a great
Phoenix in its logo. (This one I don't have, but it was in Communication
Arts magazine in the 1980s.)
The problem is, the City of Phoenix doesn't have a picture of the logo on
the web so far as I can tell. What you'll need to do is to go to the local
library, get the address of some government agency in Phoenix, and write
them a regular letter on paper with a pen (or your computer, either one)
asking them a question. You'll get back a response on City of Phoenix
letterhead. Take that to your tattoo artist.
- Or for the more realistic view go to www.terraserve.com zoom in print and
take to your local tattoo shop.
