there due to the fact that no one as presented in information to these
people as to why it should be all that the locals want to talk about is how
much money there going to make .
sad state of affairs but you can think all the little hacks that are
tattooing out of there houses for the laws.
-you have SB 44 dated in "99 that attempted to define, codify and legalize
but then you have SB1537 that declares an emergency to re-declare it
unlawful
sb 44 was referred to public health on 3-2-99
1537 was referred to puib health on 3-8-00
