Question:
I want to have a guita tattoo or some type of music tattoo. do
anyone have anything like that, and if so whats it look like? ive been
looking at a few things, but not sure yet. thought this would be a fun post
though, i dont know if ive ever seen it on here. peace.
Answer: -I have 2 tattoos on my left upper arm that I got when I was in
college, around 6-7 years ago. They're all percussion related. I
don't have any regrets over getting them like a lot of people seem to.
Unless I have a tank top on or am not wearing a shirt, nobody will see
them so it's not a problem for job situations. Just put a lot of
thought into what you're going to get. Don't walk into the shop and
point to a Mickey Mouse on the wall and say "I like that!" All of
mine are ones I designed.
-IMO Don't do it is the best advice I can give you Ryan, I can practically
guarantee that in 8 years time you'll kick yourself as you are saving up
for the laser treatment to get it taken off. The divorce is much more
expensive and painful than the wedding!
-my right bicep has austen's name in China hieroglyphics. as for formal
situations, i'd be wearing a jacket (or long-sleeved shirt at least) for that
sort of thing anyway, so i don't concern myself with that. i plan on getting a
tattoo on the inside of my left wrist sometime in the near future, and a
watch/shirt sleeve will cover that easily as well.
-I have the China word for drummer tattooed on my upper arm, but it's in a
place that can be easily covered if I have to, like in a formal situation,
or simply visiting the in-laws.
If you do decide on a tattoo, design it yourself, don't point to some flash
on the wall and think it's right for you. 9 out of 10 times it's not.
