trying to locate pictures of maori tribal tattoos.
any suggestions?
Answer:
-Try renting Once Were Warriors. They have some cool tattoos, and I've
heard that some of them are based on authentic Maori tattoos.
-Not to jump on the 'cultural appropriation is bad' bandwagon, but it's
a bit more specific than that with Maori designs -- Many Maori get
very angry seeing a white person with them, so you should probably
pretty significantly stylize it at the least.
