Question:
I was in Chicago over the summer (and was unable to get in on such short
notice at most places that I would prefer)... I was hoping to get a small
simple piece while visiting the town and such. Anyway, I thought, maybe try
Jade Dragon (I have heard of them and seen some work over the last decade in
Mags), they can fit in a walk in etc. So I stopped by and chatted briefly and
left. and that's all I got to say about that. Any idea from those in the
know around there?

- i have seen ONLY outstandingly awful work come out of that shop. &
i've seen enough to know.
oh it's not just bad work - it's outstandingly bad. make no
mistake.
there are too many brilliant artists in chicago for you to waste

- You do not want to go *anywhere near* either jade dragon or the tattoo factory,
case closed, period, no way, no how.
What you want is Deluxe Tattoo or Cherry Bomb. Youll get the best work from
Cherry Bomb, but youll pay through the nose for it and youll need to make an
appointment well ahead of time. Deluxe takes walkins.
