Question:
What I want is a fairy. Not one of a woman, those I have seen plenty of. I'd
like a little fairy with beautiful wings. I've been searching for a tattoo design for months now. It will be my
first. Can anyone point me in the right
direction? I've searched all the webpages I could find.
Answer:
-There's a beautiful, illustrated book we have at the shop, appropriately called
"Fairies" Check the library or call the bookstore. You'll definitely find at
least one fairy in there that catches your eye. Great stories too.
-know not all cool images are found on tatoo sites... Check a Tolkein site
see if one of those fairies is to your liking... Hell check any fantasy site...
A good arist can put it to flesh...

peck your fingers... try catchin a fish..."
-Go to your local studio and talk to the artist(s). Tell them what you
have in mind. A good artist will either know where to look for a
picture, or--even better--will design a unique one to your
specifications. The best part is that no one else will have your
tattoo.
-I don't know if this helps at all, but I, too, was in search of the perfect
fairy tattoo. I had an exact image in my head and couldn't find it in books or
on sheets of flash anywhere. I finally found it at a place called Golden Den
Tattoo Studio in Salem, NH.
