| Dragon Stained Glass pattern |
Question:
I've become an addict to the stained glass patterns that use
the fusible quik bias tape. Having made several now, I'm specifically looking
for any pattern that features a dragon. Any idea about it?
Answer:
- With the risk of being thought odd... i have
found some great dragon pics from tattoo artists.. and most of them are more
than happy to give you a sketch and permission to use the design.. they surely
want to see the finished product too!
- Go in the bookstores and Dover Publications has put out a
whole line of stained glass pattern books. Borders and
Barnes and Noble have lots of them. They are very cheap
to and beautiful. I think I remember seeing a book for
dragon stained glass.
- One place you might try is a stained glass shop. They have hundreds of pattern
books, and dragons being sorta tradtional, are in pleny supply. Just enlarge the
pattern to the needed size and there you are!
