| Contact Manager for Razr? (or upload text file) |
Question:
I want to be able to store addresses on my razr.
The built in address book only stores names and phone numbers.
Is there another contact manager available; or, is it possible to
upload a text file to my razr?
One would think this is a pretty straightforward task but it is not.
Answer:
-If your phone supports the added fields, Motorola Phone Tools is the
software you want, I think.
-The Address, etc feature is available on the Razr v3 Dragon Tattoo but
only if you store the contact in the Phone memory and not the SIM.
-The old razr's don't have that feature but the v3i, v3x and v6maxx have
spaces for addresses, email, birthdays, etc. For the old v3's you can
get a contact manager as a java app. See www.getjar.com for free
